Trendsetter, tastemaker and founder of CHEF & CHAUFFEUR, Diana Becker is one of Vancouver's most influential Canadian food professionals and educators.
Famously known in Vancouver for pioneering Canada's most highly acclaimed, best recognized and enormously popular cooking institute, the Dubrulle French Culinary School, Diana continues to set epicurean standards. Among her graduates are many of British Columbia's top chefs and culinarians including luminaries like Rob Feenie of Lumière, Gord Martin of Bin 941, Bin 942 and Go Fish, Cru's Dana Reinhardt, Carol Chow of the Hart House, Judith Knight of Quail's Gate Winery's Old Vines Patio, Barbara-Jo McIntosh of Barbara-Jo's Books-to-Cooks cookbook emporium, much awarded Deb Lykkemark of Culinary Capers, and star baker Mary McKay of Terra Breads.
